Have you ever struggled to accomplish something you set out to do because you weren't held accountable or didn't write it down? Studies show that people who write down their goals are much more likely to achieve them.

Coupled with our Learning Coach one-on-one sessions, our check-ins are designed to help inspire, motivate, and keep students accountable to their goals and progress.

Check-ins help students to keep themselves accountable for their self-directed learning as well as build community with their classmates and remain together for many years to come. They get the opportunity to share their learning discoveries and inspire their peers. This meeting is inspired by daily scrum meetings, a process used by high performing tech companies to maintain accountability and motivate day-to-day progress among teams.

Check-ins are held in small, curated groups of 6-7 students who meet daily, Mondays and Wednesdays for 30 minutes.
